John Anderson
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John entered the legal field in 2012, having previously worked in private equity, as well as in advisory roles for companies in a variety of industries. Drawing upon his background identifying quality companies and nurturing their growth, John acquired Advanced Depositions and JD Reporting, joining them together to form an industry-leader dedicated to technology-focused court reporting services. After the strategic acquisition of HG Litigation, an agency with 35+ years of history known for its excellence in managing national, complex cases, the combined companies have jointly become AdvancedONE Legal – a premier firm uniquely positioned to manage high-tech depositions and provide the highest level of client service.
Matthew Arnel
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF COURT REPORTING
Matthew possesses more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the legal and transportation industries. Prior to joining Advanced Depositions (now AdvancedONE), he spent 11 years in national sales leadership roles in the court reporting industry, generating significant, sustained revenue and profitability growth in the divisions he led. Matthew’s in-depth industry knowledge, sales experience, and strong leadership skills have enabled him to play a vital role in AdvancedONE’s sustained, rapid growth.
Eric Reiter
STRATEGIC ADVISOR-FINANCE
Having joined AdvancedOne in late-2019, Eric has built the Company’s management reporting infrastructure, streamlined the accounting and IT functions, and overseen various other finance-related projects. Eric is an experienced investment professional and C-level manager with 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and within operating businesses. He has worked for a number of companies across multiple industries. Most recently, Eric was the CFO of Health Plus Management (a multi-location physician management company), and prior to that was the CFO of Hard Candy Fitness (international multi-location fitness concept). He brings a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills to AdvancedONE. Eric has both a BS and MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
Josh Conley
DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Josh is a seasoned Information Technology leader with nearly 25 years of experience helping business enterprises optimize network infrastructure and internal systems. Josh has spent 15 years working in the court reporting and legal industry – much of that time as a key member of the HG Litigation team (now AdvancedONE Legal). Today, Josh applies his deep technical and industry expertise to help AdvancedONE operate efficiently and ensure every client deposition is a success.
Jeff Eastin
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, WEST COAST DIVISION
Jeff has nearly 25 years of experience in legal services, having started his career with a national legal document company that provided copying and scanning services to law firms. Jeff then became a partner and manager of his own company, which he ran for 9 years, before joining a national court reporting company in a senior business development role. Jeff joined Advanced Depositions – now AdvancedONE Legal – more than seven years ago and has played a key role in helping AdvancedONE become a rapidly-growing industry leader.
Kim Linarte
EASTERN REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Kim has been in the court reporting industry for over 25 years. She is experienced in all departments of operations from working with clients, to overseeing scheduling and production. She is a trusted advocate to her colleagues, employees and clients.
Greg Gilligan
VP OF FINANCE
Greg is a senior accounting executive with over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries. He manages all aspects of accounting, reporting, financial planning and analysis, and tax reporting for AdvancedONE. Prior to joining the company, Greg most recently held senior accounting and finance positions with a private residential mortgage lender and a publicly traded commercial real estate lender. Greg started his career with Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG LLP, where he primarily worked with real estate companies and professional services firms.
Stacey Mayer
WESTERN REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Stacey oversees every aspect of day-to-day operations, ensuring that clients, court reporters, and staff all benefit from AdvancedONE’s commitment to delivering unparalleled service. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of court reporting operations, and most recently held a senior management position with a large national service provider.
Marty Steinberg
STRATEGIC ADVISOR-CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Marty has over 25 years in the court reporting industry, having founded RealLegal, an industry-leading software provider, as well as having held senior positions with national court reporting companies. At RealLegal, Marty developed E-Transcript — which became the industry-standard for delivering digital transcripts – and spearheaded some of the first software products to help law firms manage multiple types of digital deposition and trial documents. For the last 15 years, he has worked in executive positions with national court reporting companies, having managed large teams, overseen complex cases, and sourced and negotiated strategic acquisitions. As Director of Corporate Development for AdvancedONE, Marty pursues new vertical markets, establishes industry partnerships, sources senior leadership candidates, and identifies potential acquisition opportunities.
